The Seasons of Becoming is a series of community journaling evenings held around the summer and winter solstice and the fall and spring equinox. Low-pressure, cozy, and introspective, they offer a quarterly pause in the year where you can home to yourself, reflect on the closing season, and set intentions for the months ahead.

June 18:
The Summer Solstice Edition

The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year. Across cultures, it’s celebrated as a time of abundance, boldness, and vitality.

In our summer solstice edition of The Seasons of Becoming, we’ll explore what’s blossomed in your life this spring; what you’re ready to release for a freer, more balanced summer; and what parts of your inner world crave more sunlight and expression in the months ahead.

Throughout the session, prompts are shown on-screen as we journal in comfortable silence. We'll pause for occasional moments of teaching and optional community sharing. Part journaling session and part seasonal ritual, these evenings are designed to help you feel more grounded and connected to the themes shaping this chapter of your life.

Especially for those who struggle to make space for reflection in the midst of a full life, this series offers a regular, low-pressure way to tend to your inner world. No journaling experience is required.

What this space is:

This is a comfortable and low-pressure space to reconnect with yourself at the turn of the season. Feel free to wear your comfiest clothes; light a candle; bring tea, dinner, or a favorite snack. You’re welcome to have your video on or off; whatever feels most supportive to you. During the brief discussion portions, your sharing is welcome, but never required.

What this space isn’t:

This is not a workshop where you're expected to have answers or figure out your future. You don't need to arrive with a goal, a plan, or a clear sense of what you hope to uncover. While thoughtful conversation is welcome during the brief discussion portions, the focus of the evening is your own reflection and experience.

The Seasons of Becoming is a pay-what you can event. When you sign up, you get:
