PRIVATE COACHING WITH HAILEY
I help people outgrowing chapters built on approval, achievement, and others’ expectations step into a more vital and self-trusting life.
My private coaching specialties:
Life Transitions
You’re changing, and the life you’ve built—your career, relationship, community—no longer feels aligned with the person you’re becoming. The gnawing dissatisfaction has become too loud to ignore, and you’re seeking steadiness, clarity, and direction as you step into a more honest and vital chapter of life.
Life Beyond Success
Your life looks impressive on paper, but it doesn’t feel fulfilling. Over time, hustle and striving have crowded out the things that make life feel truly meaningful: connection, presence, community, creativity, awe. You want to reconnect with the parts of life—and the parts of you—that got crowded out along the way.
People-Pleasing
You’re tired of feeling resentful, overwhelmed, and burned out after years of being ‘nice’ at your own expense. You’re ready to start speaking up for your needs in your relationships; setting empowered boundaries; and making decisions based on your own values instead of guilt, obligation, and others’ demands.

About Me
ICF-credentialed and certified by Erickson International, I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals, groups, and organizations through periods of meaningful change.
My debut book Stop People Pleasing and Find Your Power (2024, Simon & Schuster) has been translated into over 15 languages, and my work has been featured in The New York Times, The Gottman Institute, and Vox. My work spans private coaching, group programs, and corporate partnerships, and I’ve facilitated workshops in conjunction with WeWork, Mindvalley, Women in Music, and more.
My coaching lives at the intersection of transition work, existential inquiry, and identity reinvention. Active and provocative, my approach is particularly resonant with those who feel like therapy has taken them as far as it can—who are ready to stop fixing and start living.
At the heart of my work is the belief that outgrowing who we’ve been taught to be isn’t just a path to personal fulfillment: it’s a path to collective healing, too. In a world that constantly drives us toward isolation and self-reliance, I envision a world where people outgrow hyper-independence in favor of connection, community, and contribution to the collective good.
I’ve outgrown many chapters—
some by choice, and some by force.
A breakup that unraveled a lifetime of people-pleasing.
A burnout that dismantled my belief that meaning comes from success.
A betrayal that forced me to rebuild my life from the ground up.
At the time, each of these felt like a loss of self. It felt like my life had been divided into a Before and After, and I was disoriented and untethered, wandering around the In-Between.
But in hindsight, each of these was an initiation that made me more myself. Every time, they presented me an opportunity to grow. To weave my newfound wisdom, hard-won lessons, and protective boundaries into the bones of who I was becoming. To be fiercely proud of that weathered, wizened self.
Every time, they gave me the chance to be the author of my own story. To design my life not around the values I inherited, but the values I chose. To prioritize my authentic path over approval, performance, and others’ expectations.
Now, I have the privilege of supporting others through these transformations.
