Our Zoom coaching sessions are uplifting, inspiring, and creative experiences. Combining visioning, role play, values work, parts work, somatic exercises, and hands-on strategizing for real-life change, coaching sessions guide you to envision—and embody—a new, empowered way of life.

Weekly action steps and accountability for real-life change.

We conclude every coaching session by assigning you customized action steps to enact that week. Whether it’s setting a boundary, taking care of long-neglected needs, or carving out sacred time for rest or play, weekly action steps help you transform your desire to grow into real-life change.

  • Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their potential and create long-lasting behavior change. It focuses on visioning, skill-building, enhancing confidence, and moving toward the client’s desired future. Coaching is action-oriented, and every session concludes with clear, tangible steps that clients take in-between sessions to get closer to their goals.

    Therapy emphasizes psychopathology and healing from the past. It focuses heavily on developing skills for managing difficult emotions, coping with hardships, and healing past traumas. Therapy is a better fit for individuals hoping to treat mental illness; process trauma; or uncover the origins of their people-pleasing.

    Coaching is not a good fit for individuals embedded in abusive relationships; individuals seeking to diagnose mental health concerns; individuals seeking support for mental illness; or individuals whose primary goal is to heal their trauma or understand the origins of their people-pleasing.

    Coaching is a great fit for motivated individuals seeking private, supportive, and highly-customized assistance breaking the people-pleasing pattern. As your coach, I will work collaboratively with you to practice coming home to your own needs, wants, and feelings; to generate powerful action steps in support of your goals; to identify paths forward that align with your integrity and values; and to hone your unique talents, gifts, and skills.

  • I host private coaching sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11am⁠—3pm Pacific Time.

  • You get to decide whether you’d like to have your sessions on a weekly or every-other-week basis. Most of my clients prefer to have sessions every other week so they have time in-between for journaling, reflection, and completion of their action steps.

  • Yup! I’ll send you all of the information you need to log-in and get set up prior to our first session.

  • Two- or three-installment payment plans are available for private coaching. Financial aid is not available for private coaching, but The Self-Advocacy School offers an affordable options for folks seeking hands-on support.
