Mentorship
I offer mentorship to current and aspiring coaches, therapists, and other self-employed service providers seeking guidance, advice, and candid perspective around:
Honing your coaching or therapy niche
Creating a business vision or building an online business
Training and working as a life coach and running a coaching practice
Creating virtual offerings and passive income streams (workshops, courses, etc.)
Establishing a social media following (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads)
Creating content (reels, posts, newsletters) that packs an emotional punch
Pivoting and/or rebranding to a new niche, voice, or subject area
Work/life balance and divesting from hustle culture as a self-employed service provider

A coach doesn’t offer advice; they ask powerful questions to help you find your own answers. A mentor shares their experience, answers questions, and gives direct advice based on their own experience to help guide your growth.

Our mentorship sessions take place over Zoom, and are relaxed, human, and informal.
Prior to our session, I’ll send you an intake form that will help you clarify your goals and questions for our time together. During the session, we’ll work through your questions one by one.
I’ll bring my own story, experience, and advice. Often, I’ll ask clarifying questions to understand the scope of your business, and coaching questions to better understand your dreams and goals.
My missions is for you to leave our session feeling inspired, clear, and energized.

Business mentorship sessions are $210 for your first 50-minute session, and $185 for subsequent 50-minute sessions.
If what you’re seeking doesn’t fall within this offering—say, for example, you want a 3-hour intensive, or you want me to join you at your business retreat—indicate this in your application, and we can discuss an arrangement that works for you.

I encourage prospective mentees to review my website, social media profiles, bio, and My Story to determine if I’m a good fit for their needs. When you apply for mentorship, I use your application (below) to determine whether my experience aligns with the support you’re seeking.
That said, mentorship does not come with any guarantees. As a mentor, I do not guarantee specific results, income increases, social media outcomes, or job placements. Success depends on your own efforts and external factors.

If I determine we’re a good fit for a mentor partnership, I’ll send you a Mentorship Agreement which includes the fine details of our partnership. Once your sign and send back the agreement and submit your payment, we can schedule our session. I will send you an Intake Form to complete prior to the first session.
My Bio
helps people outgrowing identities built around approval, achievement, and others’ expectations step into a more vital and self-trusting life. Holding a credential from the International Coaching Federation and certified by Erickson Coaching International, I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals, groups, and organizations through periods of meaningful change.
Prior to working in my current coaching niche, I spent 7 years helping individuals stop people-pleasing, set empowered boundaries, and master the art of self-advocacy. My debut book,Stop People Pleasing and Find Your Power (2024), was published by Simon & Schuster in a $175,000 book deal and was subsequently translated into over 15 languages. I built a six-figure business working one-on-one with clients, hosting monthly virtual workshops, and selling my 22-course Self-Advocacy School.
My work has been featured in The New York Times, The Gottman Institute, and Vox, among others. Podcast appearances include the Harvard Business Review Podcast, The Highest Self Podcast with Sahara Rose, The Terri Cole Show, and FRIED: The Burnout Podcast.
