You’re outgrowing

who you’ve been.

Support for when your life no longer fits the person you’re becoming.

I’m Hailey. I help people outgrowing chapters built on approval, achievement, and others’ expectations step into a more vital and self-trusting life.

You’re changing. The places you once found a sense of self and meaning—your career, relationship, community—no longer feel like home.

Instead, there’s a gnawing dissatisfaction. A restlessness. A tension in your heart between the life you’ve been living, and the person you’re becoming.

What if I told you that outgrowing this chapter of your life wasn’t a disruption to your path—but a necessary part of it?

What if I told you that this messy time of change wasn’t a free-fall—but a process that’s leading you to the person you were meant to become?

Get my free 7-day journaling guide, Permission to Become, for clarity and self-trust when you’re outgrowing who you’ve been.

Outgrowing who you’ve been is one of the most disorienting experiences a person can have—trust me, I know!—but the process isn’t as chaotic as it feels. There are patterns and phases to this kind of change.

My 7-day journaling guide helps you make sense of the shifts unfolding within and around you, giving you:

👉 Clarity about why you’re outgrowing this chapter, and why it’s happening now

👉 Direction as you shift your focus from what you’re leaving behind to what you’re being called toward

👉 Self-trust as you recognize this transition as an invitation to become the author of your own story—and root down in your values and meaning

I’ve outgrown many chapters—

some by choice, and some by force.

A breakup that unraveled a lifetime of people-pleasing.
A burnout that dismantled my belief that meaning comes from success.
A betrayal that forced me to rebuild my life from the ground up.

At the time, each of these felt like a loss of self. It felt like my life had been divided into a Before and After, and I was disoriented and untethered, wandering around the In-Between.

But in hindsight, each of these was an initiation that made me more myself. Every time, they presented me an opportunity to grow. To weave my newfound wisdom, hard-won lessons, and protective boundaries into the bones of who I was becoming. To be fiercely proud of that weathered, wizened self.

Every time, they gave me the chance to be the author of my own story. To design my life not around the values I inherited, but the values I chose. To prioritize my authentic path over approval, performance, and others’ expectations.

Now, I have the privilege of supporting others through these transformations.
