You’re changing. The places you once found a sense of self and meaning—your career, relationship, community—no longer feel like home.
Instead, there’s a gnawing dissatisfaction. A tension in your heart between the life you’ve been living, and the person you’re becoming.
This moment may feel unsettling—but what if it wasn’t a disruption to your life’s path, but a necessary part of it? What if this messy time of change wasn’t a free-fall—but a process that’s leading you to the person you were meant to become?
Across psychology, philosophy, and myth, these moments when a chapter no longer fits are understood as powerful initiations: thresholds into more wholeness, authenticity, and aliveness.
From Outgrowing to Becoming is a two-hour, interactive workshop designed to help you step over that threshold and find meaning, clarity, and direction in this time of change.
About The Event
✅ What this workshop is:
This is a space to find meaning, camaraderie, and solid ground during this time of change. Together, we’ll uncover the parts of you that want to come forward; help you find clarity about what this time is asking of you; and explore the possibilities present for more authenticity and aliveness.
It’s a space for curiosity—a space to meet yourself exactly where you’re at, without needing to change it—and a space to feel less alone in the process.
❎ What this workshop isn’t
This isn’t a space to process active trauma or acute mental health concerns. Think less “support group” and more education + community discussion + reflection.
It’s also not a space for quick fixes. We don’t believe that perfect certainty can (or should) be found in two hours. Instead, this workshop is based on the idea that understanding the transition process, making meaning in times of change, and getting curious are what gently demystify the path forward.
